Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from the Nathan American Academy school shop. This Refund Policy explains when items purchased from NATHAN AMERICAN ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (RC 1133442) are eligible for return or refund, and how to request one, as all of our products are physical goods sold for school use.
1. Eligibility
You may return an eligible item within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
- You have proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
For hygiene reasons, certain items — including uniforms and underwear-type garments that have been worn or removed from their packaging, and stationery or personalised items that have been opened or used — may not be eligible for return once received. Please check the product listing or contact us before ordering if you are unsure about sizing.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except where the item is faulty or was delivered in error:
- Worn or used uniforms and underwear-type garments.
- Opened or used stationery, art, and craft supplies.
- Personalised or customised items (for example, name-embroidered items).
- Textbooks or workbooks with markings, writing, or damaged pages.
- Items purchased as part of a clearance or final-sale promotion.
3. How to Request a Refund

Once we receive your request, we will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item, including whether it should be returned in person at our address or via courier. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund.
4. Currency
Approved refunds are issued in the same currency used for the original transaction and returned to the original payment method wherever possible. Refunds processed to Naira-denominated payment methods are handled in line with applicable Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
