Prices on our store are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN), with an approximate US Dollar (USD) equivalent shown for reference only. The NGN price is the amount actually charged at checkout. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes and levies as indicated at checkout, and you are responsible for any duties or taxes associated with your order.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. By placing an order, you authorise the processing of your payment through this provider in accordance with their terms and security standards. We do not store your full card or bank account details. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our store, including the Nathan American Academy name and logo, product descriptions, images, graphics, and site design, is owned by or licensed to NATHAN AMERICAN ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
