Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to two zones:

• Local delivery — Benin City and other locations within Edo State.
• Nationwide dispatch — we ship to states across Nigeria through our logistics partners.

2. Lead Times

• Within Benin City: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
• Nationwide: 3–7 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location and courier availability.

Lead times may be longer during peak back-to-school periods or for made-to-order and personalised items. We will notify you if we expect a delay beyond these windows.

3. Shipping Rates

• Orders over ₦50,000 qualify for free delivery.
• Orders below this threshold are charged a flat delivery fee of ₦2,500.

Applicable delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. In-School Pickup

If you prefer not to have your order delivered, you may select in-school pickup at checkout at no additional charge. Orders will be available for collection at 2, Ighile Street, Off 2nd Ugbor Road, By Benson Idahosa University GRA, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. We will notify you by email or phone once your order is ready for pickup.

5. Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation with any available tracking information for your delivery. You can also check your order status at any time from your account on our store, or by contacting us directly with your order number.

6. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order within the expected delivery window. If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, or because the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, our courier may attempt redelivery or hold the order for pickup, and an additional delivery charge may apply for further attempts. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or an alternative such as in-school pickup.

7. Issues & Contact
